• Shipping time will vary once in the hands of USPS and you can track your package through USPS.com using your tracking number
• Freezy Crunch is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Buyer is provided with shipping carrier and tracking number within shipment notification email. Buyer is responsible for communication with shipping carrier to track down lost or missing packages. 
• Freezy Crunch is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please double check your address to ensure it is correct before ordering. If an order is returned to Freezy Crunch due to incorrect shipping address, buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship package
